She previously served as Head of Global Talent at Tiffany & Co., Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management at Mastercard, VP of Talent Development at CA Technologies, and spent 14 years at JPMorgan Chase in numerous roles across HR, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.
Tracy holds a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia Teachers College, with a specialization in Change Leadership, and is a certified executive coach.
