About Tracie –
Tracie is an executive leader focused on aligning people strategy with business strategy.
At The Granite Group, Tracie is responsible for leading all People functions throughout the company, with 56 locations and nearly 730 employees.
Throughout the 20 years of her career, she’s used her expertise for strategic business planning, employee engagement and wellness, employment branding, culture development, and team development, to name a few.
She led the HR function at an award-winning multi-state professional services firm, a Pulitzer-prize-winning newspaper and publishing company, and a national wellness distribution and technology company. She has also co-founded projects like HR Rebooted and DisruptHR.
Tracie is a keynote speaker on HR, technology and business issues and is a member and past president of her local SHRM chapter.
Her writings have been featured on NPR and in publications like USA Today, US News and World Report, Employee Benefits News, Chicago Sun-Times and The Wall Street Journal.
She is SPHR, and SHRM-SCP certified and was named to the 2017 Supply House Times “Women in Industry 20” and was the recipient of the 2019 GSHRC Ry Perry HR Hero Award.
A graduate of Framingham State University, Tracie sits on the board of The Harvard Pilgrim Foundation, Red River Theatres, and Families in Transition.
Tracie is an avid reader and bookworm; beyond work, she can be found road-tripping, heading to Disney World, or running 5Ks with her husband.
